About the Event

Guest Introduction

Victor Bian is the Chief of Staff at HydroX AI, where he works closely with the company's founder and CEO to drive business strategy and market expansion.

Victor began his career in medical research at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. He later transitioned to finance and investment, first working at Temasek Holdings, one of the world's largest institutional investors, focusing on biotechnology and healthcare. He then joined Intellectual Ventures, a $6 billion investment fund founded by Microsoft's first Chief Technology Officer, Nathan Myhrvold. There, he was involved in early-stage investments, startup incubation, and business development, driving the fund's core investments in digital health and life sciences. Subsequently, he founded Allay Health, a digital health company providing personalized chronic care for patients with gastrointestinal diseases. With support from investors including NextView Ventures and the Washington State Department of Commerce, he led the company's transformation from a business concept to serving hundreds of chronic gastrointestinal patients across the country.
